Comfort & Clarity with Contacts
Whether you’re looking to go glasses-free for the first time or need to update an existing contact lens prescription, we can assist you. At Eyecare Plus, we carry a variety of contact lenses, including daily disposables, extended wear, and specialty contacts, so you can get the right fit for your eyes and life.
During your contact lens exam, we’ll assess your vision, eye health, and eye shape to determine the most suitable contact lens options for you. We’ll also ask questions about your lifestyle so we can direct you to options that match your preferences.

What Happens in a Contact Lens Exam?
Contact lenses require a specialized exam to find the right fit and prescription for you. During your exam, we’ll evaluate your eye health and precisely map the shape of your eye. We’ll also ask about your lifestyle, habits, and overall wellness to recommend lenses that make sense for you.
One week after you receive your new contact lenses, we’ll book a follow-up appointment to check the fit and feel.
If you have experienced any discomfort with contact lenses in the past, please let us know. We’ll work with you to find the right fit, and may suggest a dry eye consultation or treatment if you’re experiencing symptoms.

Our Specialty Contact Lenses
We offer a variety of contact lens types to suit your eye shape, vision correction needs, and lifestyle. Some of the specialty contact lens options we offer include:
- Multifocals: Like multifocal glasses, these contacts correct both near and far vision, offering a convenient solution for presbyopia.
- Aspherics: Have a varied curvature to provide clear, sharp vision for people with distinct eye aberrations.
- Hybrids: Combine a rigid centre for sharp vision with a soft skirt for a comfortable fit.
- Ortho-k: Temporarily reshape the cornea while you sleep to provide clear vision during the day without glasses or contacts.
- Sclerals: Large-diameter lenses that rest on the white part of your eye (the sclera), for a comfortable fit.
- Torics: These lenses have a special shape to correct astigmatism.
Order Contact Lenses
A contact lens exam is essential to finding the right fit if you are a new contact lens wearer or if you have a new prescription. However, if you have a current prescription or just need a refill, you can order contacts online or give us a call.
